Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks

Icons of Southern Utah

Zion is my favorite of all the National Parks in Utah. Maybe because it's so diverse, maybe because of the colors of the rocks. Maybe because it's just so ripe for exploration. Whatever it is, I always look forward to my next visit.

Bryce Canyon is one of the strangest places you'll ever visit. Incredible morning light, a labyrinth of hoodoos, and a plethora of photographic opportunities. It's so close that I try to get to Bryce whenever I'm visiting Zion. Try visiting in early spring when there's still snow, you'll get some pretty unique images.
